Project Coordinator

CCP specializes in providing comprehensive cardiology care and currently has over 30 locations throughout the Philadelphia region. We are currently hiring for a full-time Project Coordinator to work at our Philadelphia, PA office. This position is hybrid with travel included.

Please note that this role is entitled to a $500 sign-on bonus.*

Responsibilities:

  • Support CCP’s innovation department in areas such as population health, research, and quality initiatives
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to business development projects
  • Provide project management support for newly established product lines
  • Ensure all assets are appropriately insured; assist in other risk management-related tasks
  • Conduct audits as needed.
  • Support CCP’s compliance program, policies, and procedures
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2 years of experience preferred, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and privacy standards (HIPAA)
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and reporting requirements
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
  • Experience with data analysis, dashboards, and business intelligence tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time, and personnel management skills

*If you are hired, and assuming your employment is in good standing, you will receive the sign-on bonus. The bonus will be paid to you no later than 30 days following your start date. In the event that you voluntarily terminate your employment or the Company terminates your employment for cause within 6 months of your date of hire, you will be required to repay the full amount of your sign-on bonus.
