Position Summary
Catapult is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of technology and strategic initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this role plays a key part in coordinating projects, tracking milestones, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring projects remain aligned with organizational goals.

What You'll Do
Project Coordination & Management
- Assist with planning, executing, and closing organizational projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress and track milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
- Support resource allocation and budget tracking activities.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between project teams, leadership, and external partners.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Prepare project status updates, reports, and presentations for leadership.
Documentation & Process Improvement
- Maintain organized project records and documentation within SharePoint and other collaboration platforms.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and version control of project materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve project processes and recommend best practices.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor project outcomes and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure projects align with organizational standards, policies, and branding.
- Stay current on project management methodologies, tools, and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or a related field.
- Experience supporting technology, operational, or strategic initiatives.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- CAPM, PMP, or other project management certification.
- Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar tools.
- Experience using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration technologies.

Travel Requirements
This position is remote-first; however, periodic travel may be required to Catapult offices, events, and locations throughout the service area as needed.
