The Position:
Censeo Consulting Group is seeking Project Coordinators at Early Career and Mid-Level experience levels to support the General Services Administration (GSA) Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) organization through the Contracted Enterprise Support (ACES) program.
Project Coordinators will support the planning, coordination, tracking, and execution of federal acquisition and program activities. In this role, you will work alongside government and contractor teams to keep projects organized, maintain accurate project information, coordinate activities across stakeholders, and help ensure key milestones and deliverables stay on track.
This position is ideal for organized, proactive professionals who enjoy working across teams, managing details, solving problems, and helping project teams successfully deliver complex federal programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day coordination and administration of projects, workstreams, and acquisition activities.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, action-item logs, deliverable trackers, and other project management tools.
- Monitor project deadlines, dependencies, risks, issues, and upcoming activities.
- Coordinate meetings, working sessions, reviews, and other activities involving government and contractor stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, status reports, and other project documentation.
- Document meeting outcomes, decisions, action items, and responsibilities and track items through completion.
- Coordinate with acquisition, contracting, financial, technical, and program personnel to collect information and maintain project progress.
- Assist with tracking project deliverables and ensuring required documentation is complete, accurate, organized, and current.
- Collect, organize, and summarize project information to support project and portfolio reporting.
- Assist project leadership in identifying schedule conflicts, outstanding actions, and items requiring stakeholder attention.
- Maintain organized project files, documentation, and records.
- Support multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced federal consulting environment.

Our client and cultural successes are rooted in our team’s innovation, creative problem solving, and collaboration. The unique perspective that you bring and the way you tackle problems are much more important to us than what’s printed on your diploma. We believe an effective Program Manager will be able to combine strategic thinking, analytical judgment, and strong people skills to identify and implement meaningful, practical changes for federal clients. Qualifications for the role include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, public administration, management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, government clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to develop clear and professional project documentation, reports, presentations, and tracking materials.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and related business applications.
- Experience supporting a federal government agency or federal contractor is a plus.
- CAPM, PMP, or other relevant project management credentials are a plus but are not required.
Experience Levels:
