Project Coordinator
Summary
Supports the Project Manager at Centrax Digital by coordinating engagement delivery: maintaining plan updates, handling meeting administration, keeping registers, and controlling documents. Reports to the Project Manager within the PMO so the PM can focus on client relationships and commercial accountability.
To support the Project Manager in the coordination, administration, and reporting of Centrax Digital engagement delivery. The Project Coordinator maintains the operational rhythm of the engagement: plan updates, meeting administration, register maintenance, and document control. This allows the Project Manager to focus on client relationship and commercial accountability. Reports to the Project Manager (or Senior Project Manager) on the engagement; functional manager is the Delivery Director, through the PMO. Reference: JSP_CXD_01-JS44.
