Position: Project Coordinator (Certificate Course)
Reporting To: Associate Director (Training and Capacity Building)
Position Overview
The Project Coordinator will support the design,
coordination, and delivery of courses on child protection. The role involves
designing courses, syllabus development, coordination with guest faculties,
academic oversight of courses, and strengthening the center as a knowledge hub
on child protection.
Key Responsibilities
1. Course Development & Academic Support
- Support
the design of certificate courses
- Develop
syllabus for various courses
- Develop
and update course modules on child protection issues
- Ensure
course content aligns with laws, policies, and programmes
- Facilitate
interactive learning including case studies, simulations, and practical
exercises
- Mentor
participants and provide academic guidance during courses
2. Course Coordination
- Work as
LMS coordinator
- Coordinate
with guest faculty and partner organizations
- Support
planning and implementation of courses logistics
- Monitor
participant engagement, attendance, and course completion
- Maintain
MIS of participants
- Support
in coordination with various Universities for affiliation
3. Partnerships & Outreach
- Liaise
with government departments, NGOs, academic institutions, and child
protection professionals
- Contribute
to expanding the Center’s network and collaborations with various
Universities
4. Monitoring & Reporting
- Maintain
course documentation and reports.
- Collect
feedback from participants and guest faculty
- Prepare
periodic reports on course outcomes and learning impact
5. Educational Qualifications
- Master’s
degree in Social Work, , Law, Psychology, or related field
- Knowledge
of developing modules and curriculum
6. Experience
- Minimum
5–10 years of experience in academics
- Experience
in curriculum development, or academic program management is desirable
