Project Coordinator

Salary: $110k - $130k p.a.

The Opportunity
As a Project Coordinator, you will provide hands-on support across project governance, reporting, administration and delivery coordination. You'll play an important role in ensuring project information is accurate, accessible and well managed, helping project teams and leadership make informed decisions and maintain effective delivery.

This is a 12-month maximum-term contract, with potential opportunities for extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings, actions, risks, issues, decisions, registers, reporting and document control.
• Support tender responses, project governance activities and recruitment processes in collaboration with project leadership.
• Work closely with Project Managers, technical leads and key stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and improve project information management.
• Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, permissions, metadata and project information structures.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, reporting outputs and supporting data sources to provide clear project insights.
• Improve workflows, approvals, notifications and reporting through Microsoft 365 tools, while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of project data.
• Maintain project governance documentation and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through SharePoint, automation and enhanced reporting.
• Support the broader project team with coordination, administration and delivery activities as required.

About You
We're looking for someone with:

• Experience in project coordination, PMO support, project administration or delivery support within complex environments.
• Strong experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Lists, Teams and advanced Excel.
• Experience developing dashboards, reporting packs and data visualisations using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• A solid understanding of PMO controls, project governance, risk and issue management, document control and knowledge management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and coordinate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting Defence, Federal Government, ICT or systems integration projects would be highly regarded.
• Exposure to Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Security Requirements
This role requires the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold an active TSPV security clearance, with the ability to successfully obtain DISA approval.
