Project Coordinator (Clinical Research)

📍 Location: Buona Vista, Singapore
💰 Salary: $26/hour (Approx. $4,500/month)
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

About the Role

We are looking for a Locum Clinical Research Project Coordinator to support business operations, project planning, and study coordination within a Clinical Research Unit (CRU). This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to support clinical study feasibility, resource planning, operational analytics, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate study feasibility activities, including RFIs and RFPs with sponsors and external stakeholders.
• Prepare study cost estimates, maintain costing models, and track study-related expenses.
• Support contract preparation and coordinate with legal and cross-functional teams on study agreements.
• Assist with study capacity planning, resource forecasting, and project scheduling.
• Generate and analyze operational metrics to support study performance and business decisions.
• Maintain databases, reports, and documentation related to CRU operations.
• Support website and social media content updates for participant engagement and outreach.
• Participate in project meetings and provide administrative support for clinical research operations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in clinical research, clinical operations, project coordination, or healthcare administration preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
