PROJECT COORDINATOR

Rainbow Restoration of the Tri-Cities | Johnson City, TN

Full-Time | $20/hour

THE WORLD WE'RE BUILDING

Imagine a company where people actually do what they say they will do.

Where hard work gets noticed. Character matters. And your job is more than punching a clock.

At Rainbow Restoration of the Tri-Cities, we restore homes and businesses after water, fire, mold, and other property damage. But what we're really restoring is peace of mind.

Our goal is simple: Leave people better because we were in their lives.

THE TEAM & THE MISSION

You'll work alongside our Project Managers, General Manager, office team, technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.

Your mission:

KEEP THE JOB MOVING.

When materials are needed, make it happen.

When subcontractors need coordination, handle it.

When a Project Manager needs boots on the ground, be there.

When something changes, communicate it.

When there's a problem, help solve it.

Every project you move forward helps a family get back home, a business reopen, or a customer put a difficult situation behind them.

OUR CULTURE

We serve people. We work hard. We keep our word.

We don't say, "That's not my job." We ask, "What needs to happen next?"

No entitlement. No drama. We communicate, take ownership, and get it done.

BEFORE YOU KEEP READING...

This position isn't for everyone.

Some days you'll coordinate schedules, materials, customers, and subcontractors. Other days you'll be on a jobsite solving problems, delivering materials, checking progress, or helping the team get something finished.

You must be organized and willing to get your hands dirty.

If you're looking for the easiest job you can find, this isn't it.

But if you're thinking...

"YES. THIS SOUNDS LIKE ME."

THE ROLE

PROJECT COORDINATOR

$20/hour | Full-Time

The Project Coordinator turns plans into action.

You'll help coordinate restoration and reconstruction projects from scope to completion.

Schedules. Materials. Subcontractors. Customers. Documentation. Jobsites. Follow-up.

This is not simply a desk position.

We need someone who can think, communicate, organize, anticipate problems, and execute.

When you do this job well, Project Managers can lead effectively, crews know where they're going, materials arrive on time, subcontractors know what's expected, customers stay informed, and projects keep moving.

YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE IF YOU LOVE...

• Keeping projects moving instead of watching them sit.

• Solving problems instead of making excuses.

• Coordinating people and keeping everyone on the same page.

• Managing materials and logistics from ordering through delivery.

• Being in the field and seeing real progress happen.

• Serving customers and helping turn chaos into confidence.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're not looking for someone who simply wants a paycheck.

We're looking for someone who wants to become valuable, trusted, and essential to the team.

You take ownership.

You're dependable.

You communicate.

You stay organized under pressure.

You think ahead.

You have construction common sense or learn quickly.

You're willing to work with your hands.

You're coachable.

You notice details.

You respect people.

You finish what you start.

And when something goes wrong, your first instinct isn't to figure out who to blame.

It's to figure out what needs to happen next.

THIS PROBABLY ISN'T FOR YOU IF...

You regularly show up late.

You need constant supervision.

You avoid difficult conversations.

You disappear when things get hard.

You believe certain tasks are beneath you.

Or you're looking for somewhere to do the minimum and collect a paycheck.

Please don't apply.

But if you take pride in being the person others can count on...

If solving problems energizes you...

If you want to learn restoration, reconstruction, project management, and leadership...

And if you want your work to actually matter...

WE WANT TO MEET YOU.
