Coordinate customer implementations for an edtech SaaS, managing timelines and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption.
Location: Poland, remote Contract Type: umowa o pracę tymczasową / 12 months Rate: up to 12000zł gross / month
What you bring: 3+ years in project coordination, customer success, customer support, or similar client-facing roles Experience working with SaaS products and external customers Excellent English communication skills Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills Experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Notion Comfortable working independently in remote, fast-paced environments
Nice to know: Experience with LMS/LXP or learning technology Interest in Learning & Development or customer education Experience working with international customers Experience using AI tools to improve customer workflows or documentation
