- Diploma / Certificate in Architecture, Interior and Building Related Field
- Architecture and Interior Fitting Out Work
- Minimum 3 Years relevant working experiences in local
- Evaluation and Certificate of Subcontractors'progress payment
- Project administration and documentation
- Project Coordination of various trade works Sub-Contractors on site
- Coordination with Main Contractor/ Client for work schedule and installation details
- Manage of site progress to ensure completion of works on schedule
- Safety Management of the site installation works
- Support team members when implementing risk management strategies.
- Familiar with site matters.
