Coordinates construction projects, conducts site surveys, supervises contractors, and manages vendor relations to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Developand implement project work plans and review as appropriate to meet changingneeds and requirements.
2. Identifyconstruction issues to be resolved through site surveys for potentiallocations.
3. Conductonsite visits and coordinate with construction crew and operations personnelcontinuously.
4. Conveyand supervise contractors and subcontractors.
5. Develop,maintain and improve any business relationships vital to division success.
6. Establishand manage relations with independent contractors, vendors and negotiates bestpossible rates for their products and services.
7. Evaluateproject and recommend report to identify issues and opportunities to improveperformance going forward.
8. Developand maintain relations with clients as required establishing correct interfacesand presenting professional image.
9. Supportcost saving development initiatives and delivery process improvements.
