Project Coordinator

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive professional to join our team for a 6-month contract to coordinate the end-to-end production of our Annual Report and Sustainability Report, while concurrently coordinating our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Preferably with good understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks, and excellent project management skills to ensure seamless compliance and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sustainability & Annual Reporting

· Coordinate the end-to-end production timeline for both the Annual Report and the

Sustainability Report.

· Proof-read content from various business units to ensure accurate financial and non-

financial disclosures.

· Coordinate closely with external design agencies, printers, and translation vendors to

manage layouts, typesetting, and timely publication.

2. Annual General Meeting (AGM) Coordination

· Assist all logistical aspects of the AGM (and/or Extraordinary General Meetings)

· Coordinate well with Company Secretaries, Legal, and Share Registrars to prepare

meeting notices, proxy forms, scripts, and presentation slides.

· Assist ad-hoc tasks if required

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in degree in Business Administration, Communications, Sustainability, or a related discipline

· Preferably with 1-3 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, or Corporate Secretarial functions

· High attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision

· Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage tight, regulatory timelines.

· Proficiency in English and Chinese (Read, Speak and Write) as require to read documents in Chinese and communicate with our China colleagues in Mandarin.
