JOB SUMMARY:
The Project Coordinator manages the daily implementation of the Safe Path Forward project, including outreach, school partnerships, trainings, cultural activities, Youth Council support, and required documentation. The position helps ensure project activities remain on schedule and aligned with SAMHSA requirements and Keetoowah community priorities.
JOB DUTIES:
- Coordinate project activities, trainings, outreach events, school programming, and cultural prevention activities.
- Support the Community Workgroup, Youth Council, needs assessment, Strategic Action Plan, and postvention planning.
- Maintain event, training, outreach, distribution, and participant records for SPARS and grant reporting.
- Coordinate QPR, MHFA/YMHFA, life skills programming, 988 promotion, camps, and
community engagement activities.
- Maintain partnerships with schools, tribal departments, families, and community organizations.
- Assist with scheduling, purchasing, logistics, and project documentation.
- Work with the Project Director, evaluator, PRSS, and EBH staff to monitor project progress and address implementation barriers.
