Overview
Our client is seeking a Project Financial Coordinator to support a high-performing Enterprise Program Management Office (PMO). This
individual will play a critical role in project financial oversight by managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, tracking forecasts, and supporting
financial reporting efforts across strategic enterprise initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone who has strong project coordination experience combined with hands-on project financial management
expertise and advanced Excel skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination or project support roles
- Demonstrated experience managing project financials, including:
- Budget tracking and management
- Forecasting
- Accruals
- Invoice coding and processing
- Financial analysis and reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities

Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage project budgets and financial performance
- Prepare and maintain project forecasts and accruals
- Review, code, and process project-related invoices
- Perform financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets
- Coordinate project activities and maintain project documentation
- Communicate financial status updates to project teams and stakeholders
- Support portfolio-level reporting and financial governance activities
- Assist in improving financial tracking and forecasting processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting PMO, program management, or portfolio management organizations
- Experience working in highly cross-functional enterprise environments
- Experience with financial reporting tools and project management systems
- Knowledge of project governance and financial controls

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
