Essential Competencies, Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitors, tracks and updates all websites and program Extraordinary Circumstances Exceptions (ECE)
- Responds to provider questions via phone, email, and the Q&A tool.
- Assists with moderation of educational teleconferences/webinars.
- Identifying trends and education needs, based on provider, stakeholder, and QIN needs.
- Assists Education and Program Leads with development and coordination of education activities and development of content and resources.
- Assists with other tasks as assigned by the Project Director or Associate Director.
Education and/or Experience
- Candidate must be an experienced healthcare professional with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in appropriate science or related discipline required. Masters in Public Health or other health related masters preferred.
Other Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office systems.
- Proficient in oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
