Summary

Looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to oversee daily operations, customer relationships, staffing coordination, and quality activities. This role combines office administration with hands-on operational support in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable multitasking, solving problems, and supporting teams both on-site and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project and staffing activities.
• Communicate with customers, team members, and staffing partners.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and project performance.
• Create and maintain work instructions and project documentation.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development.
• Support quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives.
• Visit customer locations and provide on-site support when needed.
• Handle administrative duties, reporting, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Requirements

• Local travel may be required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary.
