Project Coordinator/ Inside Sales

Order Management: Accurately process and enter orders into the ERP system.
Project Coordination: Act as a liaison between production, logistics, external sales representatives, and clients.
Quotes and Sales: Occasionally prepare, send, and follow up on quotes and sales opportunities (leads).
After-Sales Service: Handle non-conformities, returns, and complaints in a courteous and timely manner.
Education: College diplome (DEC) in administration, project management, or equivalent. Experience: 2–3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or project coordination.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and bilingualism (French and English) as required by market needs. Knowledge of HVAC products
