Project Coordinator Intern (OJT / Practicum)

Work Schedule: Dayshift
Work Location: Quezon City
Duration: As Required by the Academic Institution

Position Summary

We're looking for an undergraduate intern to support our PMO with data consolidation, reporting, and project documentation. This is a hands-on learning role for a student who enjoys working with spreadsheets and turning messy data into something a decision-maker can actually use.

You'll sit close to active projects and see how governance, reporting, and stakeholder management work in practice. No prior corporate experience is expected as we'll teach the frameworks. What we need is someone careful with data and is willing to ask questions.

What You'll Do

Project Support

  • Take notes during project meetings and draft minutes for review

  • Update action-item trackers and follow up on open items

  • Help maintain project documentation: schedules, RAID logs, stakeholder lists, decision logs under the guidance of a Project Manager

  • Keep project files organized and current in shared drives

  • Consolidate operational and productivity data from multiple sources into clean, usable trackers

  • Build and update Excel reports and dashboards using pivot tables, lookups, and basic charts

  • Check data for gaps, duplicates, and inconsistencies before it goes into reporting

  • Summarize trends and flag anything that looks off to your supervisor

Nice to have (not required)

  • Coursework or self-study in project management, business analysis, or statistics

  • Exposure to Power BI, Google Sheets, or SQL

  • Any experience building a tracker or report for an org, class project, or personal use

What You'll Get

  • Direct mentorship from a Project Manager and exposure to real governance cadences

  • Portfolio-ready work: reports and dashboards you actually built

  • Exposure to project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, risk, governance)

  • Practical experience preparing materials used in management-level reviews
