Summary

Coordinate with government and non-government stakeholders, handle admin tasks, and support business development for a public policy advocacy firm in Hanoi.

About the role

  • Support team members in coordination with government and non-government stakeholders in the fields related to clients’ issues

  • Support admin-related works and daily operations, including filling out receipts, monthly expenses, and logistic arrangements related to clients’ issues

  • Support team members on new business development

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Policy, International Relations, Political Science, Communications, or related fields.

  • Good understanding of Vietnam’s political/economic landscape with a strong interest in policy monitoring and regulatory research.

  • Strong capability to gather information, analyze trends, and prepare clear summaries or reports.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented to handle administrative, expense, and event/logistic support efficiently.

  • Good interpersonal skills for team coordination and supporting stakeholder outreach.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.

  • Proactive, quick learner, eager to support business development efforts, and capable of multi-tasking under tight deadlines.

Place of work

Your usual location for work will be the company's office at Lotte Mall West Lake - Hanoi, Bangkok or other Southeast Asia markets as requested.


Standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break, Monday to Friday. These hours may vary depending on workload and client needs.
