Project Coordinator

Summary

The Project Coordinator manages project timelines, deliverables, and communication across multiple channels and clients. This on-site role involves coordinating with internal teams and freelancers while ensuring administrative and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:-

  • Coordinate and track hours and deliverables across multiple channels/clients.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, internal teams, freelancers, and other departments to manage project timelines and materials.
  • Organize and monitor project deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure project documentation and frameworks are maintained and adhered to.
  • Develop and adapt project strategies in response to changing requirements or priorities.
  • Identify project risks/issues and propose actionable solutions.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for project tasks as required.
  • Maintain a reliable pool of freelancers, understanding their capabilities and monitoring performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by taking ownership of new initiatives and suggesting process enhancements.

Qualification & Experience Required:-

  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in Business Management or a related field of study.
  • At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to details and able to work with tight deadlines
  • Knowledge on file management and other administrative procedures
  • Familiar with Microsoft Suites and Google Sheets
