Project Coordinator

Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to manage the deployment and activities of rental teams for our Telecom/Wireless projects. This role requires strong organizational, reporting, and communication skills to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of rental teams and prepare deployment plans (daily, weekly, monthly)

• Monitor site progress, manpower allocation, team movement, and project targets

• Liaise with Team Leaders, technicians, drivers, and field personnel to ensure timely execution

• Oversee site status from mobilization to installation, integration, verification, and closing

• Follow up with teams for daily updates, photos, and site reports; consolidate accomplishments and submit regular updates

• Coordinate schedules, access, permits, materials, tools, and equipment

• Track team attendance, deployment status, and productivity; identify delays or manpower constraints and implement corrective actions

• Ensure submission of required project documents and adherence to safety and procedural standards

• Communicate with Huawei and project management teams regarding site requirements and status

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or Electrical Engineering (EE)

• Experience in Telecom/Wireless/RAN projects preferred

• Background in coordinating field teams or subcontractor/rental teams

• Strong knowledge of telecom site deployment workflows

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and tracking

• Excellent communication and coordination skills
