As Project Coordinator, you'll work alongside our Project Manager to keep projects moving from kickoff through closeout. You'll own the schedules and trackers, chase down outstanding information, coordinate between our internal teams and the clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors we work with, and make sure problems surface early enough to actually be solved. It's a strong fit for someone organized and persistent who wants to build a career in project delivery within the commercial security industry.

Prepare project status updates, reports, and other documentation to support the Project Manager and project team
Monitor project progress and flag potential delays, issues, changes, or missing information to the Project Manager
Maintain accurate project documentation and support project closeout, including tracking outstanding items and ensuring required records are complete

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with project management software and construction documentation
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive follow-through to keep projects moving
Valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to project sites as required
