Project Coordinator

Job description

Kinetic is working with a multinational medical device manufacturing company who are hiring a project coordinator to be based in Dubai.

This is a 1-year contract position.

Main responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management and continuous optimization of data segmentation frameworks
• Translate business needs into analytical frameworks and actionable insights
• Monitor commercial performance and deliver reporting to support strategic decision-making
• Act as a central point of coordination across cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business objectives
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives

Salary: up to 12,000 AED per month

Requirements

• Proven experience managing projects
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the META region
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with BI tools is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French, and Arabic
