Job Description

  • Working Location: Tampines
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + Medical & Dental benefits
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the team lead with general project enquiries and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate site survey schedules with clients, managing agents, and internal team members.
  • Prepare site survey forms, checklists, and supporting documents.
  • Assist in recording existing lighting details, including lighting type, wattage, quantity, operating hours, and location.
  • Organize site photographs, floor plans, lighting schedules, and survey records.
  • Assist the team in preparing project proposals, lighting specifications, and presentation materials.
  • Compile project information required for energy-saving calculations.
  • Update proposals and supporting documents based on instructions from the team lead.
  • Coordinate project meetings with clients, MCSTs, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, and meeting minutes.
  • Follow up on clients’ technical and project-related enquiries with the relevant team members.
  • Maintain project trackers and update the status of enquiries, surveys, proposals, and approvals.
  • Ensure project documents are properly filed, named, and kept up to date.
  • Assist in preparing technical documents for handover to the Deployment & Maintenance Team.
  • Coordinate with other departments to obtain the required project information.
  • Perform other project coordination and administrative duties assigned by the team lead.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned.

  • Diploma or relevant qualification in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
  • Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and project tracking tools.
  • Good communication skills and able to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on project activities in a timely manner.
  • Basic understanding of lighting, energy-saving solutions, or technology-related projects will be an advantage.
  • Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities related to software and clean energy projects.
  • Possess valid Class 3 or 3A driving licence.
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
