PROJECT COORDINATOR

Salary: RM 2,300 – RM 3,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), Koridor Utiliti Johor Sdn. Bhd. (KUJSB/KUJ) and other relevant authorities or utility providers.

• Handle project submissions, applications, permits, approvals and follow-up matters.

• Coordinate Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) project requirements, drawings and technical documentation.

• Liaise with consultants, contractors, clients, site teams and relevant departments.

• Monitor project progress, deadlines and outstanding submissions.

• Prepare project reports, correspondence and documentation records.

• Attend meetings and site visits when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, M&E, Project Management or a related field.

• Experience in project coordination, M&E, construction or utility-related projects is an advantage.

• Familiar with TNB and KUJ submission procedures and coordination with relevant authorities.

• Good communication, organizational and follow-up skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

• Possess a valid driving license and own transport is preferred.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
