What you can expect:
As a Project Coordinator (m/f/d), you will support the development and execution of utility-scale PV and BESS projects in Romania. You will work closely with sales, engineering, execution, legal and procurement teams, supporting projects from the tendering and assessment stage through to contract preparation and project execution.
In this interdisciplinary role, you will combine technical understanding, commercial awareness and strong organizational skills. You will also have the opportunity to contribute directly to the development of GOLDBECK SOLAR’s activities in a new market.
Tasks:
- Review and analyze project tenders, tender requirements and contract documentation
- Support the preparation of tenders together with the sales and project teams
- Conduct project-specific needs assessments and initial risk assessments, including onsite assessments to identify and evaluate project-related risks.
- Review and analyze project permits and other relevant project documentation
- Support the conceptual design and technical assessment of PV and BESS projects
- Coordinate project-related information between sales, engineering, execution, legal and procurement teams
- Participate in site visits and support the evaluation of project sites
- Prepare project schedules and support cash-flow analysis
- Assist with project planning and preparation following contract signature
- Support site preparation and project execution activities
- Monitor project documentation, schedules, decisions and follow-up actions
- Contribute to the development of project coordination processes for the Romanian market
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Management, Sales or a comparable field
- Approximately 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in project coordination, junior project management or site management
- Previous involvement in PV or BESS construction projects
- Good understanding of project tendering, permitting and execution processes
- Very good written and spoken Romanian and English
- Confident use of MS Office
- Experience with PVSyst and ERP systems would be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex topics quickly
- Proactive, structured and results-oriented way of working
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Confident communication and the ability to cooperate with different internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to an international team
- Willingness to participate in site visits and project-related travel, where required
