Our client is a large growing healthcare organisation that continues to expand through the acquisition of medical practices. Every new practice has systems and technology that need to be integrated into the wider business.

That's where you come in.

We're looking for a highly organised IT Project Coordinator to work alongside an experienced Project Manager, helping deliver multiple integration projects at the same time. This isn't a governance-heavy PMO role full of status reports and steering committee packs. It's a hands-on coordination role for someone who enjoys making things happen.

You don't need to be an IT expert but you do need to be familiar with products and services in the IT world.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the Project Manager across multiple concurrent projects.

• Coordinating the IT integration of newly acquired healthcare practices.

• Scheduling activities and keeping project plans up to date.

• Liaising with internal teams, vendors and practice staff.

• Following up actions and ensuring deadlines are met.

• Identifying potential issues early and helping resolve them.

• Keeping projects moving while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Your experience:

• Has previous experience in project coordination, project administration, operations or similar delivery-focused roles.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with lots happening at once.

• Is exceptionally organised and detail-oriented.

• Can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.

• Enjoys coordinating people and keeping everything on track.

• Communicates confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

• Is proactive, resourceful and comfortable taking ownership.
