PROJECT COORDINATOR | MK-INJ-A-B19

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of projects across multiple business functions from initiation through to completion
• Work closely with project leads and cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables are consistently met on time and within scope
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and progress closely, flagging risks and delays early to keep everything firmly on track
• Prepare clear and well-structured project documentation including plans, status updates, meeting minutes, and comprehensive progress reports
• Coordinate seamless communication between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to maintain full alignment throughout
• Track project budgets, resources, and expenditures carefully to support accurate financial reporting and effective cost management
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, prepare detailed agendas, record all action items, and ensure timely and thorough follow-ups
• Maintain well-organised project records, databases, and filing systems for easy reference, audit readiness, and operational continuity

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
