About the role

The Project Coordinator organizes and monitors project activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery. They track schedules, manage resources, and support the team in meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Coordinators act as the link between internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth workflows. They assist in reporting, risk management, and resolving operational issues, providing essential support to the Project Manager. The role emphasizes process adherence, documentation, and proactive monitoring to maintain project progress and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

The role covers a number of key areas, including but not limited to the following:

• Maintain project schedules and track milestones.

• Coordinate team activities and assignments.

• Monitor project budgets and resource use.

• Prepare regular project status reports.

• Liaise with internal teams and clients.

• Ensure documentation is up to date.

• Support risk and issue tracking.

• Assist in quality and process compliance checks.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Experience of supporting project planning, scheduling, and execution

• Knowledge of technical project tasks, safety standards, and ERP/project management systems

• Accuracy, attention to detail, and client-focused communication

• Experience of problem-solving and stakeholder support

• Understanding of business operations and project documentation
