Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and proactively recommending solutions.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documenting action items.
- Support in tracking project budget and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Assist in resource allocation and coordination, ensuring that team members have the necessary tools and information to complete their tasks.
- Track and report project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of project-related materials and services.
- Conduct regular project status updates and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing and presenting project reports to management and clients.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Support in quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend strategies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department
Qualifications
Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering.
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Understanding of automotive product lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of automotive industry regulations and standards.
Experience
Minimum 3 years relevant experience
