Job Scope:

• Coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, directors, and site personnel.
• Arrange site visits, inspections, and project meetings.
• Manage project documentation, permits, contracts, and certifications.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and minimize delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Assist in preparing project reports, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment rentals, and manpower allocation.
