Project Coordinator (NPI)
Summary
Process Engineer for RF filter products, leading new product introduction (NPI) from prototyping to launch, improving yields, and meeting quality targets in a semiconductor environment.
Responsibilities:
- Cross‑Functional Alignment: Drive collaboration across NPI, Development, and Operations teams to secure wafer start readiness and achieve First In‑House (FIH) targets on schedule.
- Engineering Sample (ES) Planning: Deliver accurate projections for ES completion and shipment, ensuring commitments are met.
- Capacity & Resource Verification: Confirm wafer start, FI, VI, and tool/resource availability to support ES demand without disruption.
- Lot Coordination: Partner with NPI and Development teams to plan NTI/DOE starts, FI, and VI activities, balancing priorities and timelines.
- WIP Monitoring: Track ES work‑in‑progress, drive dispositions promptly to maintain schedule integrity.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present NPI status reports for internal reviews and executive updates, highlighting risks and mitigation plans.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Prior planning experience in semiconductor or electronic manufacturing strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of filter process cycle times and prodcut quality accountability is an added advantage.
- Strong anaytical, problem solving and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) : familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus.
