Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support end-to-end project activities, including creation of work orders, bills of materials, route sheets, and shop packs.
  • Review sales orders and material requirements to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Assist with procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, raising purchase requisitions, and issuing purchase orders.
  • Liaise with Production, Logistics, Quality Control, and vendors to monitor project progress, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
  • Track vendor performance, expedite deliveries, and obtain regular status updates.
  • Provide weekly project progress reports to customers and the sales team.
  • Maintain technical documentation, project records, risk registers, and critical goods registers.
  • Manage document control processes, ensuring records and revisions are updated in Master Control.
  • Create part numbers, issue materials to jobs, and close completed jobs in the ERP system (GLOVIA).
  • Support Engineering Project Managers and Project Engineers with administrative and project-related tasks.
  • Participate in Quality and EHS audits and ensure compliance with Oil States Industries’ Quality and HSE Management Systems.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Management, or a related discipline.
  • Project Management certification (PMP or CAPM) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of project coordination experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, ERP systems, and scheduling tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and PDF editing software.
