Project Coordinator - Order Fulfillment | East

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales or Project Manager in the successful execution and delivery of assigned programmes and projects
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering coordination, progress tracking, and budget monitoring
• Ensure all customer requests and enquiries are addressed promptly and professionally
• Act as a liaison between internal departments and external customers to facilitate smooth project execution
• Prepare presentation materials, reports, and documentation required for internal and client meetings
• Handle day-to-day administrative functions including data entry, email correspondence, and document filing
• Assist colleagues with project-related enquiries and provide cross-functional support where needed
• Create and maintain Sales Item Masters (IM) through the ERP system
• Compile and prepare regular sales reports for management review
• Track, document, and follow up on key action items and decisions arising from meetings
• Undertake any additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the manufacturing industry
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
• Good project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with ERP system software will be an added advantage
