Project Coordinator - Part Time

Our client is a well-established business operating across major Australian cities. They're currently rolling out a significant piece of technology change across their sites.

About the Role
This is a part-time (19 hours/week) fixed-term role to March 2027, sitting within the Member Experience & Brand team and reporting to the Product Experience Manager. You'll own training and process documentation for an offshore support team, lead the Help Centre rewrite, and coordinate end-to-end testing, alongside website and member communications support.

Duties / Key Responsibilities

• Own training and process guides for the offshore support team, keeping them aligned to business rules as they evolve
• Lead the audit and rewrite of Help Centre content, replacing outdated material with accurate, up to date guides
• Coordinate the end-to-end testing programme, including recruiting test cohorts, managing an external testing agency, and hands-on vehicle testing
• Log, triage and route issues to the relevant team based on severity
• Support website updates and member communications (email, SMS, push) through each rollout phase

Skills and Experience

• Excellent written English, with strong procedural writing and copywriting skills for a non-technical audience
• Proven ability to manage your own workload to external deadlines with limited supervision
• Quick to pick up new platforms, and comfortable with ambiguity and shifting requirements
• Proactive, with a track record of raising blockers early and chasing outcomes independently
• Full, unrestricted Australian driver's licence, and confident driving a range of vehicles around Sydney
• Right to work in Australia, and willing to undergo a national criminal record check
• Experience writing for or supporting a remote/offshore team highly regarded
• Exposure to product launches, issue tracking, CMS platforms (Squarespace) or marketing automation tools (Customer.io) is a plus
