Project Coordinator

Salary: RM 2,000 – RM 2,400 per month

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with TM, sub-contractors, and site teams to ensure strict compliance with installation standards, regulatory guidelines, safety rules, and required technical certifications.

• Manage tools and equipment for PCOM installers inhouse.

• Conduct site/team inspection or audit.

• Update team database for installers weekly.

• Monitor, track, and manage the performance of installation teams and sub-contractors to meet Project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Maintain accurate project logs, prepare daily/weekly progress reports for TM system payment, track Work Orders (WO).

• Handle customer complaints escalated to TM, manage and mitigate demerit points and financial penalties imposed by TM, conduct root-cause investigations, and implement corrective actions to safeguard company SLAs and ratings.

About you

• Experience handling POs, invoices, and billing submissions for Telekom Malaysia.

• Ability to solve customer complaints and resolve TM demerit points or penalties.

• Good understanding of fiber optic installation (FTTH) and Work Orders.

• Strong communication skills to manage sub-contractors, site teams, and TM staff.
