You’ll be the person who keeps the details in order: agendas drafted, files organized, deliverables tracked, and issues flagged early

You thrive in a collaborative, nimble environment where ideas are shaped through iteration, feedback, and shared vision. You’re not just a big thinker—you’re also a creative problem-solver who knows how to make things happen with limited resources. If you’re excited by the opportunity to help shape a young brand from the ground up, and passionate about building something with purpose, you’ll feel right at home here
  • Support day-to-day coordination and management of Supply Chain and other cross-functional projects, including supplier onboarding, packaging changes and new product launches

  • Maintain project documentation, keeping files, trackers, and shared folders organized, current, and easy to find
  • Update project plans, timelines, and status reports
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate availability across internal teams and external partners
  • Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, Product, and Marketing
  • Serve as the main point of contact between team members and the Program Manager
  • Draft and update SOPs and checklists as workflows change
  • Help run project kickoffs and retrospectives, and capture lessons learned
  • Help identify opportunities to improve project processes and templates
