Project Coordinator/Project Manager (HDB)
Summary
Coordinates HDB repair and redecorating projects, managing timelines, budgets, and compliance with safety codes while liaising with contractors and residents.
Preferable experience in HDB/ MCST Condominium Repair & Redecoration Work OR HDB BTO Project
Project Planning and Management:Manage project milestones and ensure timely completion within budget.
Coordination and Communication:Coordinate with supervisor, sub-contractors, HDB, and Town Councils.
Attend meetings and handle feedback from residents and other parties.
Quality and Safety Assurance:Ensure compliance with building and safety codes.
Verify sub-contractors’ work and claims, ensuring quality standards are met.
Operational Oversight:Oversee project correspondences and prepare and review project related emails, letters, proposals, memos, meeting minutes and other documents.
Implement cost-effective plans and ensure safety measures are in place.
Documentation and Reporting:Review project submittals and shop drawings for compliance.
Document code reviews and compliance, and communicate progress to management and clients. Engineer/ Coordinator report on project progress and any issues to the Project Manager.
Ad hoc assignments
