Project Coordinator
Rocket Carwash Project Coordinator
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks across multiple development and construction projects
- Track project budgets, invoices, pay applications, and vendor payments
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, meeting notes, and action item lists
- Organize and maintain project documentation, permits, and digital file systems
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, inspections, and contractor schedules
- Communicate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to track progress and updates
- Assist with lease administration, contract tracking, and due diligence items
- Provide administrative and project coordination support across real estate, development, and related business initiatives
- Assist with organizing and tracking projects and activities across multiple properties and business functions
- Maintain calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and project status updates for leadership
- Follow up with vendors and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on timeline and tasks are completed
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience in administrative support, project coordination, or a related role
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and cloud-based systems
- Experience in construction, commercial real estate, or development is a plus
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with a variety of stakeholders
