Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

· Work with Corporate Communications and Project teams to promote project milestones and achievements through various communication channels.

· Coordinate the collection of project photos, progress updates, success stories, and key project achievements for marketing and corporate communications purposes.

· Update project publicity materials and ensure consistency with company branding guidelines.

· Assist in organizing site tours, client showcases, CSR activities, and publicity events.

· Support preparations for industry awards submissions and project recognition programmes where applicable.

· Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments on project matters.

· Coordinate project events, stakeholder engagement activities, and site visits.

· Assist in developing project presentation materials, newsletters, brochures, and promotional content.

· Support corporate branding initiatives conducted at project sites.

· Generate periodic project progress reports and management updates.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and project documentation requirements.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, construction, engineering, or related industries.

· Experience in site-based environments will be an advantage.

· Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Experience in presentation preparation, social media content, marketing coordination, or corporate communications will be an added advantage.

· Able to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders.
