Project Coordinator – SAP S/4HANA Transformation

Coordinates a client's SAP S/4HANA implementation as part of the PMO at an onsite role near Brittany, France: tracking milestones and status, driving change management, communication, training, UAT and go-live. Requires change-management experience on large ERP transformations and fluent English and French.
emagine is seeking a Project Coordinator for one of our clients who are doing a SAP S/4HANA implementation. As Project Coordinator, you will act as the link between project teams, the business and leadership, and make sure the change is managed so that colleagues are ready for new ways of working and new systems. Change management and user adoption is key to success in this role.
You will be part of the project PMO and report to the PMO Manager.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate project plans, track milestones, dependencies, and status reporting for the S/4HANA implementation
Plan and facilitate change management activities, including communication, training, and embedding in the business
Follow up on decisions, risks, and actions from steering committees and project meetings
Support project leadership with governance, documentation, and delivery control
Support local leadership in motivating and ensuring relevant communication within the organization
Highlight business resource needs and aid local leadership and project teams in defining and prioritizing tasks
Support the facilitation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
Your profile:
Experience with change management in large transformation programs
Experience with SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP implementations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple parallel activities
Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business leaders alike.
