Project Coordinator– Scaffolding

Role Overview:
We are seeking an organized Project Coordinator whose primary duty is to support the Project Manager in overseeing ground operations, main contractor liaison, and resource management across active scaffolding sites. Coordinator on site, ensuring project execution runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- PM Support & Operations: Assist the PM in daily project planning, scheduling siteworks, and enforcing site directives on the ground.
- Client & Maincon Coordination: Stand in for or support the PM in site coordination meetings with main contractors, resident engineers, and safety officers.
- Resource & Logistics Monitoring: Assist the PM in tracking daily site manpower, verifying worker attendance, and maintaining accurate material loss/inventory records.
- Safety & Quality Inspection: Work with PM and safety teams to ensure scaffold erection/dismantling meets MOM safety standards and site handover requirements.
- Reporting & Administrative Tracking: Compile site reports, progress logs, variationorders, and inspection records for final approval by the PM.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site/Project Coordinator in scaffolding or general construction.
- Ability to work closely under a Project Manager and independently enforce site instructions.
- Solid understanding of scaffolding safety standards and site operations.
- Computer literacy for tracking site metrics and daily updates.
- Possessing relevant supervisor safety certifications (BCSS / Supervise Metal Scaffold/CSCPM/ MWAH) is an advantage.
