Project Coordinator

Salary: ₱17,000 – ₱20,000 per month

ABOUT THE ROLE

SF Group of Companies is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Digital Systems Innovation (DSI) team.

This is a growth-oriented role for someone who is interested in technology, business development, and working directly with clients. You will help identify new business opportunities, understand client needs, present digital solutions, and coordinate with our technical teams to turn opportunities into successful business engagements.

The ideal candidate does not need to be an expert in technology or sales. We are looking for someone with a good foundation, strong communication skills, initiative, and the willingness to learn and grow with our DSI business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential clients and business opportunities for DSI's digital solutions and technology services.

• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads and maintain an active business development pipeline.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Understand client business needs and recommend appropriate digital solutions.

• Assist in preparing and delivering presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, and quotations.

• Coordinate with Product Development, UI/UX, Engineering, and other teams to develop solutions based on client requirements.

• Support opportunities from initial client engagement through proposal, negotiation, closing, and project handover.

• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, proposals, and opportunities.

• Prepare regular reports on business development activities and pipeline progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in business development, sales, account management, project coordination, IT/digital solutions, or a related field.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Interest in technology, digital solutions, and business development.

• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into practical business solutions.

• Proactive, organized, results-oriented, and willing to learn.

• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

• Experience with CRM or project management tools is an advantage.

• Willing to work on-site in Davao City.
