  • Ensure Accuracy: Review project documentation and drawings to catch and correct errors early.
  • Connect the Dots: Interpret basis-of-design documents and coordinate electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and security control elements into submittal drawings.
  • Manage Documentation: Assemble, track, and secure written approvals for all submittals and engineering documentation.
  • Control the Scope: Monitor contracts and scopes of work; prepare change orders and proposals as needed.
  • Track Progress: Monitor manufacturing timelines and regulatory compliance.
  • Protect the Record: Maintain thorough documentation of all meetings, approvals, and changes to protect the company in potential disputes.
  • Keep Everyone in Sync: Lead project team meetings and keep communication flowing between all stakeholders.
  • Drive Efficiency: Provide information to procurement team to source vendor quotes, monitor expense reporting, and partner with key stakeholders to keep project budgets on track.
  • Problem-Solve Proactively: Spot risks early and take action before they derail timelines.
  • See It Through: Support logistics team with shipping execution.
  • Serve the Client: Build strong relationships by gathering requirements, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction at every stage.

What Success Looks Like In This Role:

  • Projects consistently delivered on time, within budget, and to spec.
  • Customer feedback reflects trust, responsiveness, and quality service.
  • Risks and scope changes are anticipated early and handled with minimal disruption.
  • Internal teams view you as the go-to problem solver who keeps projects moving forward.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
  • Proven success in a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills.
  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the details.
  • A solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

If you’re ready to take ownership of high-profile projects and play a critical role in their success, we’d love to hear from you.
