Project Coordinator

Eligibility: Singaporeans & PRs Only | Daily JB–SG Commuters Welcome

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect sites and help plan mechanical layouts and service routings.
• Prepare and submit authority permits, shop drawings, and inspection logs.
• Help arrange required site tools, machinery, materials, and manpower.
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on daily site matters.
• Monitor site progress to ensure works follow project schedules and standards.
• Ensure all site activities strictly follow WSH safety and environmental rules.
• Maintain daily site logs, material submission records, and as-built drawing updates.
• Coordinate site walkthroughs, testing & commissioning, and defect rectifications.
• Assist Project Leads in coordinating manpower, sub-trades, and daily site tasks.
• Perform other supporting tasks as assigned by the Project Leads.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in M&E or mechanical construction preferred.
Open to fresh graduates with relevant diploma/degree credentials.
Basic understanding of mechanical systems (ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary, or Piping systems) and the ability to read M&E/Architectural drawings.
Proactive mindset with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Independent and self-directed on-site, with a strong spirit of teamwork.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint); basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
