Project Coordinator (Supply Chain Management) | Onsite | Quezon City

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Location: Cubao, Quezon City

Shift: Monday-Friday; 6am to 3pm; Fixed weekends off

Non-negotiable Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of supply chain management, vendor management and project management
  • International/global experience is a plus
  • Experience using any ERP preferrably w/ Netsuite
  • Experience with Project Management tool experience like ASANA
  • Strong English communication skills
  • College level with TOR

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Project Tracking & Execution

  • Drive seamless end-to-end monitoring of project milestones, timelines, and task ownership leveraging cutting-edge project management tools and ERP systems.
  • Ensure clear visibility into purchasing, vendor, and logistics schedules while proactively spotting potential delays, risks, or obstacles to keep projects on track.

Documentation & Data Management

  • Partner in crafting and updating SCM-focused SOPs, workflows, and process documents that fuel continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Keep essential documents, shared folders, and knowledge bases organized and accessible, empowering the team to work efficiently and collaboratively.

Reporting & Communication

  • Capture and share meeting notes, decisions, and actionable items across SCM teams to ensure everyone is aligned and informed.
  • Create, refresh, and maintain weekly reports and dashboards that provide key stakeholders with transparent insights into progress.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Play a key role in developing and refining standardized templates for project reporting, status updates, and operational workflows.
  • Support audits, data validation, and comprehensive process documentation to bolster continuous efficiency gains.
