Project Coordinator
Summary
Coordinates construction projects by tracking budgets, procurement, and documentation, and liaising with stakeholders including Korean-speaking partners.
Job Description
- Assist in preparing project budgets and cost estimates.
- Monitor project expenditures and maintain cost tracking records.
- Support the preparation of quotations, tenders, subcontract agreements, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Assist in procurement administration, material cost comparison, and supplier evaluation.
- Coordinate project information among project managers, site engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Maintain project documentation and commercial records.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based project cost tracking systems.
- Prepare project dashboards and management reports.
- Analyse project cost, procurement, and productivity data.
- Support implementation of digital workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Support communication with Korean-speaking clients, suppliers, consultants, or business partners.
- Assist during meetings involving Korean-speaking stakeholders.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
-Strong analytical and numerical skills.
-Good understanding of Microsoft Excel.
-Korean language proficiency is an advantage where project requirements involve Korean-speaking stakeholders.
