About Telaré Law

Telaré Law is a litigation-focused firm that prioritizes securing deserved compensation for injured clients through assertive courtroom advocacy. Rather than centering on quick settlements, the firm approaches every case as if it will proceed to trial, ensuring thorough preparation and strategy. This commitment to trial-ready representation offers team members the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes matters. Operations staff support that mission by giving the firm clear, reliable information and keeping its work moving.

Position Overview

This full-time, on-site Project Coordinator role is based in our Richland, WA office and reports to the Director of Operations. Working between the Director of Operations and Legal Operations, you will help the firm understand its operational data and keep projects moving. You’ll review data across the firm, identify gaps, communicate findings, and coordinate next steps. This is a hands-on role with growth potential and no staff management responsibilities. The position is nonexempt and overtime eligible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational analysis: Review recurring data across intake, legal operations, finance, marketing, and closeout; identify trends, bottlenecks, and gaps.
  • Data quality: Prepare and reconcile data from multiple systems; resolve discrepancies with source teams and maintain consistent metric definitions.
  • Reporting: Maintain recurring reports and concise status updates; explain findings, operational impact, and decisions needed.
  • Project tracking: Translate approved priorities into plans with deliverables, owners, milestones, and dependencies; maintain action, risk, and issue logs.
  • Team coordination: Prepare agendas, capture decisions and action items, and follow up across teams; escalate delays, scope changes, and unresolved barriers.
  • Follow-through: Confirm deliverables meet agreed requirements, track results against established measures, and document completion and lessons learned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, analytics, project management, or a related field.
  • Two or more years in operations or project coordination, including hands-on data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical judgment: ability to identify patterns, investigate root causes, distinguish data issues from workflow issues, and explain findings clearly.
  • Working knowledge of project fundamentals such as Kanban, Agile, or milestone planning, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and maintain plans in a project tracking tool.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly, and to prepare, clean, and validate data. Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook and Teams; experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM and tools such as Zoom.
  • Excellent communication and discretion: you ask clarifying questions, write concise updates, coordinate without supervisory authority, and protect sensitive information.

Preferred Experience

  • Personal injury law firm experience and familiarity with intake, case progression, client service, and case management systems.
  • Power Query, Power BI, or similar tools; advanced training in data preparation, analysis, or reporting.
  • Experience mapping workflows, documenting procedures, and using data to support practical improvements.
