Project Coordinator (Telecom project, Kowloon Bay, $23K-$25K)
Salary: $23,000 – $25,000 per month
Job Duties:
Coordinate and supervise day-to-day site installation & maintenance for telecommunication systems (PABX, MDF/IDF, cross-connection, and structured cabling).
Act as the primary liaison between clients, sub-contractors, IT teams, and vendors to ensure project milestones and site safety requirements are met.
Prepare and update project documentation, including As-built drawings, schematic diagrams, and containment layouts using AutoCAD or similar software.
Review site requirements, cable route design, and ensure compliance with technical specifications and local electrical/telecom standards
Job Requirement:
F.5 or above
At least 1-2 years' experience in site management, telecom/PABX installation, or IT infrastructure projects. (Less experience will be also considered)
Good understanding of PC/IT network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Ethernet, Structured Cabling) to bridge PC engineers into the telecom domain.
Hands-on experience in PABX systems (e.g., Avaya, Alcatel, NEC, Mitel or IP-PBX) and traditional voice distribution frames (MDF / Krone Blocks) is an advantage
