Project Coordinator

Position Description:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Fiber Division. The Project Coordinator serves as the liaison between field employees, the management team and the customers of the Fiber Division.
To be successful as a Project Coordinator you should be a highly detail-oriented individual with good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, candidate should have the ability to organize and prioritize workloads and work independently when given instruction.
Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
Review employee timesheets for accuracy and submit to payroll on a weekly basis.
Serve as the primary liaison between field leadership (general foreman) and corporate support staff, maintaining clear written and verbal communication across departments.
Set up new jobs and manage project billing preparation, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing to customers based on work completed and billing milestones.
Collect, organize, and analyze project data using Excel; maintain accurate records for reporting purposes.
Maintain employee records and manage crew roster updates as needed.
Process subcontractor data intake through customer portals as required.
Provide clerical and administrative support to the Vice President, managers, and assigned division.
Assist leadership with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Project Coordinator Requirements:
High School Diploma and/or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail
Customer service experience
Ability to communicate effectively
Project Coordinator Preferred Requirements:
2+ years of solid administrative or project coordination experience
Previous experience in the construction and/or utilities
